Meet Erin Hallahan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to empowering and collaborating with her clients to help them navigate life's challenges and stressors. With over six years of experience in various inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Erin earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from James Madison University, where she was active in organizations promoting mental health awareness and mentorship. She then went on to earn her Master's Degree in Social Work from George Mason University, where she received advanced training in various evidence-based therapies.
As a therapist, Erin utilizes an integrative, strengths-based approach that incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. She believes that every individual is unique and tailors her approach to each client's specific needs and goals.
Erin has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults and has helped countless clients develop the understanding and tools necessary to overcome challenges and live a more fulfilling life. She is committed to building a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where her clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and work towards positive change.
